The Media Center has been busy for the first 100 days of school. A breakfast book club has been started. We are on our 2nd book of the year and will meet tomorrow morning to discuss our reading. There will also be breakfast treats to enjoy during the meeting. Our 3D Printer has been slowly printing out creations by the students. Classes have been visiting for Media lessons on Digital Citizenship and How to Tell if a Story is Share-Worthy. We are now enjoying the Olympics and hoping to encourage students to be Gold Medal readers! Go for the GOLD PPMS gators!

Hello PPMS students! My name is Mrs. Remington and I am excited about coming to Plum Point and meeting all of you. The new carpet is looking beautiful and I see some new books have arrived in boxes. I hope you are finding lots of good books to read this summer. I know I am! Remember to visit the public library this summer and log in your books for their summer reading challenge. Enjoy your fun in the sun and have many adventures while you are off. I will see you in September! Mrs. Remington
Dear Gators,
It has been an absolute honor to serve as your media specialist the past few months! You are amazing, bright, curious people and I know that you will do great things. I am very sad to be leaving Gator Nation but I'm excited to start a new chapter as the media specialist at Windy Hill Elementary. You were my first students, and I will never forget you. I might be a Windy Hill Wizard now, but I'll always have a little Gator in me too. Have a great summer, and read lots of great things!!! Mrs. Crumbley Upcoming events at our partner Calvert Library:
